Minors in beautiful places

Postby The vast minority » Tue Jul 22, 2014 10:18 pm

Always popular, Im a keen motorcyclist and started a similar idea on a few forums over the years,
I hope that we can do the same thing here.

I will start us off with Als Minor at the Harewood Arms Follifoot. Old geezers will remember Follifoot farm as a TV show in the 70's.
I walk the dogs here every day and this is walking distance for me.

Cheers
Al

Did a practice run this morning up some local hills. From Sevenoaks to Chelsfield I have an option of Polhill or Star Hill (a little steeper).

Polhill had a guy on his pony & trap about to go up and Star Hill had a G-Wiz. I followed the G-wiz hoping he'd not slow my run up.

Well I made it up, just. I can't recall many hills that big around Pateley. The one going out of town is about the same grade and length so as long as I'm not stopped on the way up I should be OK. If not Mick will need to give me a shove with Cassie...
