Hello,
ESM say that there wiring looms do not have tags to identify the location of the wires and no information sheet giving the points of contact!
So how do you instal an ESM wiring loom?

The minor is a fairly simple loom and when laid in place some bits will be obvious and others you will have to check the wiring diagram in the manual.

Downloadable versions are on our home page, down the left hand side.

If you are replacing one I would recommend taking pictures before removing the old one, life is so much easier with digital cameras and PC's theses days.

If you have a shell without wiring and you were not the one to dismantle it then it will take a little longer, don't rush and leave yourself a full day to do it.

It is a little cramped behind the speedo and there are some sharpish bits of metal in there.

Sean.

I would suggest when removing the old loom (from anything), don't just pull off/unscrew the old connectors. Cut the old wires leaving an inch or two. That way you can match up the colours when fitting the new one - assuming it's exactly the same.
