RH insurance renewal

Postby austin » Tue Mar 01, 2016 9:23 pm

Despite owners changing (or something similar) I was pleased to get my renewal and a few quid cheaper than last year. Only downside is they have sent about 30 sheets of A4 for me to read, and mostly printed both sides.

Yes got mine too. There used to be a 'The Brooklands' Motor policy booklet, but it appears they are now just sending out photocopies of it.

Hi all,

Having discussed this with our underwriting provider (ERS) they have advised that photocopied documentation/booklets are never used and are at a loss as to why you would have received documents like this.

It is worth mentioning that recent IT and document changes means that the legal expenses cover (which is optional cover) is printed as part of the policy documentation, whereas historically this had been a separate booklet. This may be where you are seeing the additional sheets of A4 or believing they are photocopied.

Policy wordings are available on our website to view/download, or please let me know if you would like hard copies posted.

Kind regards,
Scott
