I just finished a job of re-bushing the front suspension on mine. What I didn't do is make a scribe mark on the splines. As it turns out when I got the T bar out on the first side the front arm just fell off. I made my best guess and reinstalled. Well I ended up 1 spline off. When I pulled it apart again I made sure to make scribe marks so i know where to make the changes. It all worked out. I just hate to do a job over.
The manual says 1 spline will make a difference in 1.5". On my car the left rear was 1" too high and the right front was 1/2" too low. Moving the spline by one rediced the rear by 1" and lifted the front by 1/2". I guess that's what they mean by 1.5" change
