Can you say a few words about these strengthening plates C?
Is this something other folks have done? Why is it considered necessary?

Its part of the shock absorber kit.

Looks like the JLH kit I have.

The turrets in the boot are for the dampers. The plates under the back seat are directly above the forward mounting points for the rear radius arms.

That looks the same Sean.
Got drivers rear wing on and larger petrol tank fitted.
Had to widen the hole at the corners as it would not drop through.
Anybody else discovered this?
