Also just to recap a little...my chum Michael has taken the task on as a personal endevour..to completely re work all the electrics of BAS.
Presently have 13 wires which are partially bound to make up the full loom.
He will be covering...step by step...including costs and auxilliaries/ connections, should anyone wish to emulate or dare i say it...upgrade his work on thier vehicles in future years.
I am so grateful to have such a talented "sparks" to devote the time.etc.

Hello all....panky has been well reommended to me for good advice and before getting a rebuilt kit for the HS4 carb.I write this note for general interest and comment.
Anyone want to swap an HS2 rebuild kit for a planned upgrade my HS2 System to this HS4 version.
Any and all additional comments will be fully appreciated to help with BASs new plans.
I have already had both new flanges engineered ( well beyond my skill set ) so that both the exhaust and engine flanges look auonaturel and will fit with my cooking pot filter base and my alloy/iron manifold.
Anyone got an HS4 CARB rebuilt kit for swaps with a new HS2 kit.
ALSO if anyone has a Vissard tuning book, id be glad to phone you and discuss additional mild enhancements to compliment my great 948s performance ( less than 4,000 miles since quality rebuild)
Many thanks for reading
Regards
Cliff

Hi Cliff, anyone recommending me must have had a memory lapse but I'll do my best to help if I can :) I've fitted a HS4 to my 198, along with a few other bits, and I can't see why the same kind of mods wont work with the 948 albeit with subtle changes. I've got the Vizzard bible so I'll read up a bit and PM you with my phone number once the holiday is out of the way.
Happy Christmas
