Like it, but in the end it's still a tent like the cosy 4man one I've used the last two years :)
I'll just hope for an "invite" into the world of caravaners, but will need to bring my slippers and some posh clothes in order to be allowed into such a celubrious locale :walk:

MEGALOLS, I hear you Jimbo.
certainly any fry-ups will have to take place outside, but you will be welcome to join me inside as well for afternoon tea.

I'll have an awning for it by then as well so it could be cook central as the little gazebo was this year but with the added bonus that attached to 1300 KG it shouldn't blown away in the night :D

Thanks Plin,
Yeah, I ordered It with the application of a special high strength formulation of PORRIDGE-STOP

Especially formulated to keep that staple of our northern friends from sticking to the soft furnishings.

Thanks Allan,

I did look at motorhomes but I thought they rather limit the options for exploring once on site. Some tow Toyota Argos behind them, it's a funny old world :D

You should, that would be awesome. Really opens up ones options when away.

Believe it or. It, I looked at getting a twizy a few weeks ago when contemplating a motor home. Even took one for a little test drive in Arbroath.

Makes one think........

I'm losing this thread with all this caravaners' jargon
Glampers may get outdone by MMO in 2017 - will need Pete & me in our tiny tents to "keep it real" camping! :D

Sorry Chummy, I happen to know that Pete won't be suffering a tent in 2017 :!:

Not sure of his plan but I do recall him making that announcement over breakfast at camp Kermit last time.

Perhaps he needs my VW tent and that proper fold up bed I used once. ;)

Too many lumpy bits for Pete to get a good night's sleep anyway :sleepy1:

Directions for Pateley Bridge 2017:

Though High Street, over bridge. Pass playground on right and turn right just by the petrol station. A short distance along you'll find the posh campsite...
