My Minors Part 2

Anything goes - chassis, V6's, V8's etc.

Absolutely love this!
I super want to V8 mine. One of those things that nagging in the back of my head, not even going to pretend to be a reality for another 2 years, alas. Looks very nicely done as well. And I'm sure those seats shouldn't work but they do so, so well.

I got a Viper hurricane cam + lifters the other day (+20bhp apparantly), but forgot to order a new oil pump gasket, so it's all back together minus the pump base. You need to fill the pump with vaseline in order to prime it, so it's a new gasket every time - I thought I had one, but didn't.
I'll also put on a shinier grille whilst the fronts off :)

Well, I can't get pump to prime despite my best efforts. It may be engine out time

probably thought of this but will ask,

can you prime like on rover motor by taking dizzy out and using long hex bar like allan key with cranked end cut off :?:

also has bypass stuck open while laid up.

I confess, this made me re-read the previous post.

I'm ashamed to say I still don't understand what, when and why so I better remove the tub of vaseline from my tool box as I wouldn't be able to explain myself if the other half saw it...
