I took it from the rear so that I didn't have to alter any of the engine and gearbox mounts but if you're going SBF then it doesn't really matter

When mine was going to be a traveller I was thinking about putting an extra piece of wood on behind the door to gain the few inches needed and just stretch roof panel the width of the wood if that makes sense. Saves making and fancy panels

That's a good idea. I figured there will need to be some pretty serious mods made to front wings in regards to width anyway, so may try to reposition wheel centres while I'm at it.

I widened the wings and doors to get the right track, and the bumpers too to Lee the linesImage

And pricked the arch too

I cut the wings and doors along the sewage line and added in about 4" at the front and tapered down to the rear of the door swageImage

And reprolfied the door shut otherwise you couldn't open the doors

It appears most people seem to cut the swage line over the wings with looks the part. Was thinking about leaving doors and having wings stick out as per escort cosworth style.

I tried it and tbh I thought it looked a bit SWEARING MODERATED as you have to put so much in the wings and the lines don't flow. Pictures are a bit dark but you get the idea Image
